Melissa grew up in Arizona and earned her undergraduate degrees in Economics and Spanish/Portuguese from the University of Arizona.  She relocated back to Phoenix in 2024 after living in Seattle for three years.

Melissa launched her career as an internal wholesaler for Vanguard working with wirehouse and regional broker-dealer advisors in the central U.S.  She enjoyed helping advisors navigate their investment decisions.  Eventually, she transitioned to managing relationships with some of the largest independent advisory firms across the country, where her passion grew beyond investments to the business needs of advisory practices. She was then a Consultant at Advisor Growth Strategies before moving to Seattle as a Practice Management Consultant for D.A. Davidson where she helped advisors grow and streamline their businesses. She is thrilled to be back at Advisor Growth Strategies leading industry outreach, marketing, and events.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys yoga, meditation, and fitness classes when she is not chasing her baby boy around. She loves spending time with her family, husband, and two chihuahuas. They share a love of travel, cooking, tennis, and natural wine, and are always looking for new restaurants to try!
